Say yes to sponsoring the AAPG International Conference and Exhibition.

You may sponsor specific items (call for availability) or contribute to the General Fund.

IP Sponsorships are also available.

What you receive with a sponsorship:

• Sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Sponsors will be acknowledged:
• In the Final Announcement, if your commitment is received by February 3, 2004;
• In the Program Book, if your commitment is received by August 17, 2004;
• In an advertisement in the December 2004 issue of the AAPG Explorer;
• On banners and signs in appropriate locations (in the conference centre, at events, sessions, activities, etc.); and
• For Titanium sponsors ($20,000+) and Platinum sponsors ($10,000-$19,000) only, on special banners in the convention/conference center.
• All values listed are based on exclusive sponsorship, but co-sponsorships are available, generally beginning at 50%. Two or more companies may share an item at 50% each. If more than two companies wish to sponsor an item, it will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
• Exclusive sponsorships will be given priority over co-sponsorships. If a company sponsors only a percentage of an item, that company will not be listed as an "exclusive" sponsor, even if that company is the only sponsor (i.e., if no other company sponsors the additional percentage).
• "In-kind" sponsorship, i.e., items provided by a company at their expense, but without payment to the Conference (such as notepads, pens, lanyards, etc.), will be considered.
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
