Want to know if you are registered for the conference? Or if a friend or co-worker is registered? You can check www.aapg.org/cnvlookup/ 7-10 days after we receive your registration form -- information displayed will include registrant's name, company, city, state and country, and you can search by name, company, state or country.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refund Procedures

The deadline to make changes, cancellations or request refunds was September 23, 2004.

No changes or cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Registration Confirmation

AAPG will mail you a notice confirming your registration fees and optional events. Please check this very carefully.

**One-Day Registration

Registration for the one-day fee is available only for the day you want to attend (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) on that day. One-day registration does not include the Icebreaker Reception on Sunday evening.

Visas

Letters of Invitation

Deadline to request a letter of invitation for this meeting was September 23, 2004.
