Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations at any time: US$ 50 charge.
• Changes to confirmed arrangements: US$ 35 charge per change.
• Cancellations and changes must be made in writing via e-mail, fax, or mail to Travel Planners, Inc.
  • From September 23 to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival: US$ 50 plus one night's room charge.
  • From 72 hours up to scheduled arrival time and no-shows: US$ 50 plus full stay charge.
  • Check-out from the hotel earlier than confirmed date will result in a charge for full stay.
• Departure dates must be reconfirmed to the hotel upon check-in.
• Documented medical emergencies will be considered.
