
Registration & Hotel Reservations

There are three easy ways to register:
Click here, print out the registration form, and follow the instructions on where to send by fax or post (NOTE: fax registrations require a credit card). All conference registration, optional tour and field trip fees must be paid IN FULL at the time of registration. All fax registrations not including credit card information or mail-in registrations received without credit card information or a signed check will be returned. If completing a printed form, use one form per professional or student registrant. If registering a spouse or guest, be certain to provide the individual’s name for the badge. Professionals may not register as spouses or guests. All speakers must be registered. Hotel ReservationsUse the on-line registration process or the following printed form to specify your preference as to hotel accommodations. You should not contact a hotel directly to make a reservation. IMPORTANT: ALL hotel reservations must be accompanied by credit card information. Conference management is forwarding your preferences as a courtesy only. You will not have a guaranteed reservation until your credit card has been charged and you receive notification directly from Viajes Bellver, the conference’s hotel booking service. Confirmations, Changes, Cancellations & Refunds for Conference-Related ActivitiesIf you register on line, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation; you will also be prompted to print a copy of your summary page. Fax and mail-in registrations will be acknowledged by e-mail if you have provided your address. Please check your registration details carefully. You are allowed to make additions to your on-line registration; if a change generates a refund, however, you must submit your request in writing by fax, mail or e-mail to info@gemworldevents.com, subject line ‘REGISTRATION CHANGE’. All cancellations for the conference and any optional events, including the field trip, must be made in writing; no exceptions. EXTENDED DEADLINE: 21 April. All full cancellations will be assessed a €30 penalty. After 17 April, no refunds will be issued. Cancelling Guaranteed Hotel Reservations, Early Departures & No ShowsAll hotels will assess the following penalty for cancellation of a guaranteed reservation:
