All hotel reservations require a credit card. Make your reservation using our on-line registration process or with the printed registration form, faxed or mailed. Please do not contact a hotel directly, as this may result in a double booking and you may be subject to a cancellation penalty. Hotel rates are per night and include breakfast and 7% VAT.

Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria G.L. (conference site):

The luxurious Gran Meliá Victoria hotel is located on the Paseo Marítimo, in the heart of the Bay of Palma, facing the Marina. 171 rooms and suites -- the majority with sea views -- two excellent a la carte restaurants and the Convention Centre, headquarters to conference activities, are at your service. The hotel is close to the historical city centre with its famous Cathedrl (15 minutes walking distance), and between five and 20 km from five golf courses with special discounts on green fees for hotel guests. The International Airport is 12km away.

Hotel Meliá Palas Atenea

Located in the next block from the Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria, the Meliá Palas Arenea delivers everything one would expect from a 4-star luxury hotel. It features 361 sleeping rooms, along with eight suites, perfect for company entertaining. Other amenities include in-room, high-speed Internet access, 24-hour room service, three restaurants, two bars, pool, fitness center, business centre, in-room safes, satellite TV, and the same golfing discounts available to guests at the Gran Meliá Victoria. Hotel Tryp Bosque

The fully renovated Tryp Bosque hotel is located in El Terreno, in a comfortable neighborhood situated at the entrance to the park leading to Bellver Castle and five minutes' walk from the Gran Meliá Victoria Convention Centre. The hotel features a bar and restaurant, pool, and satellite TV; 90 percent of the rooms have private terraces. The Tryp Bosque represents excellent value for money.
