Where do I go if I’m a presenter? Presenters need to check-in and upload their presentation in the Speakers Service Center located in Room 101B
Where can I get the abstract CD? The abstract CD can be picked up at registration (materials pick-up counter).
Where can I get the abstracts? The abstract volume can be found online at S&D website www.searchanddiscovery.com/
When and where is the speaker/poster presenter breakfast? Breakfast starts at 6:45 am each morning in the Grand Ballroom on Monday and Grand Ballroom B on Tuesday and Wednesday
Where do I get my judging packet? Judging packets can be picked up in the Speakers Service Center Room 101B
What if I need to add to my registration? Call +1 781 821 6732 or sending an email.
What if I need to change/confirm my hotel reservations? Contact your hotel directly. Phone numbers are listed on this page.
Is there a shuttle? Yes, select hotels are served by the convention shuttle. See this web page for details.
What if I need Internet access and/or to charge my phone? Visit the Cyber Cafe inside the Exhibition Hall where you'll find computers with internet access along with extra power outlets for charging your mobile devices.
