It is very important that your group be represented at the Annual Leadership Days. If you are not able to attend, please designate the person who will represent your group (Section, Region, Committee, Society, etc.) in your place. House of Delegate names have been randomly selected from each affiliated society. Delegates who are unable to attend the conference are requested to ask another delegate from your society to attend to ensure representation. It is also our desire that all committees will be represented; therefore, if you are a committee chair and unable to attend please ask your co-chair, vice chair or someone to represent your committee to attend.

A word about reports
If you are representing a division, affiliated society or committee you are encouraged to prepare a written report reflecting the status of your activities and goals. Please provide 75 copies for distribution to attendees (please bring the copies with you to the meeting). Please do not request AAPG or the Millennium Harvest House Hotel to arrange for copies, as this service is expensive and time-consuming.
