Coffee Break Sponsor €3000 SOLD

Two coffee breaks each day, morning and afternoon. You will be the sole sponsor for each coffee break.

  • Unique signage boards will denote your sponsorship of these breaks.
  • Your logo and a ‘thank you’ card on all coffee tables.
  • You are able to add-to, discuss and agree the coffee break food selections and are able to add any special food, drinks or gifts (which may be an extra cost).
  • Your Logo will be displayed in association with the Coffee Breaks on all literature and website.
  • Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG website prior, during and following the event.

Lunch Sponsor €3000

Lunches are provided (and paid) for all delegates and attendees each day of the event; again, only one sponsor for the lunch breaks.

  • You are able to add to these lunches with special food, drinks or gifts (which is extra).

Bag Sponsor €2000

Carrier bags will be printed with your logo and freely given away to delegates and visitors.

Welcome Coffee €3000

Coffee, tea and pastries will be available each morning on arrival for all delegates. A unique opportunity to give your message to all attendees as they arrive each day.

Pens €2000 SOLD

You can supply pens with your logo to all delegates.

Delegate Bags €3000 SOLD

It is always nice to give delegate bags to all delegates and these quality bags can include your logo.

CD of Conference Papers €2000

We will produce and supply a CD and will send to all delegates after the event with your logo on the CD.

Cocktail Reception €5000

Reception with drinks and canapés on Sunday, 18 October for all attendees. The first opportunity for your Company representative to address the attendees.

  • A representative from you Company is welcome to make a short speech.
  • Drinks and canapés will be served.
  • Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG website prior, during and following the event.

Literature Distribution €1000

We will distribute your literature to all delegates as they register.

  • Your literature will be given to all delegates at registration in their delegate packs.
  • Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG website prior, during and following the event.

As an extra special event

We would also like to hold a Gala Dinner where all delegates and speakers, committee members and guests can come together for a relaxing evening of networking and socialising.  Due to the cost of this event we will need a sponsor.

Gala Dinner Sponsor €15,000

The Premier sponsor may choose to sponsor this Dinner however there is an additional cost of €6,000 on top of their existing Premier Sponsorship cost.

  • On an evening to be agreed with the sponsor there will be a Gala Dinner networking event
  • Ideally held at a unique venue outside the hotel, transport organised.
  • Your Company will have full recognition before during and after the Dinner.
  • 2 tables will be set aside for your Company and your invited guests,
  • An opportunity to make a speech during the evening.
  • Photographs, and pictures and after event publicity on the AAPG web site and in the Press
  • Music, entertainment and a specially chosen unique venue will ensure this is a memorable evening with your friends and colleagues from the Industry.
