Jeremy Richardson
on +44 207 434 13 99 or Conference Chairman
Gabor Tari.
- Abstracts can be up to 2,500 characters and cover objectives, procedures, results and conclusions.
- Titles are required — they should be brief and state the topic.
- Titles should not include company names.
- Presenters must refrain from making subtle or blatant sales pitches including but not limited to use of product names, trade names and pictures, or use of company logo.
- Abstracts should be submitted in the form you would like to see them published, as they will not be edited.
- Presenters of accepted abstracts may have the option to submit an extended version of their abstract, which will be reproduced on CD and distributed to professional registrants.
- Presenters are invited to have their presentations published on AAPG’s online Search and Discovery to preserve their work for future reference.
- Presenters will be notified this summer of their acceptance or rejection.
Important: AAPG has no funding for speakers. Do not submit an abstract unless at least one author is certain to attend the conference. All session chairs, speakers and poster presenters must register to attend the conference. No exceptions will be made.
