I couldn't realize it at the time, but the Imperial Barrel has just translated into a “real” life experience here at ExxonMobil, as they have literally handed me a data set, and said...“here you go.” Apart from the mentoring and training, competing in the Barrel, has given me the right tools and the required steps needed to make things happen, and in return I know I can contribute from Day 3!
