Judges Room

Location: Room 350 F
Sun., 10 April........ 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Mon., 11 April....... 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Tues., 12 April...... 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Wed., 13 April....... 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
All judges should stop by the Judges Room to pick up packets prior to their assigned sessions. You may enjoy a beverage and snack while you receive final instructions and answers to any questions regarding the judging process.

Completed scorecards should be returned to the Judges Room as soon as possible after evaluating your session. Workspace is provided for you to complete scorecards, if needed.

Thank you for volunteering to judge a paper or poster sessions. This important function determines the winners of the George C. Matson Memorial Award and Jules Braunstein Memorial Award. Your effort will involve judging and evaluating one or more oral or poster sessions.
