Sponsorship support helps offset the cost of producing GTWs and allows AAPG to keep the attendance price within reach of operations level individuals, those who benefit most from these technical workshops. Sponsors benefit both directly and indirectly by having their name associated with a specific GTW. Bear in mind that a GTW offers sponsors unique access to a focused group of key decision makers in the operating community. This is an informed audience discussing state-of-the-art technology and best practices. While AAPG prohibits any type of commercialism within the conference hall itself, the society recognizes that sponsorship companies offer valuable information to attendees outside the technical sessions. We appreciate your interest and support of our efforts to better inform the E&P community.
All sponsorship contributions include the following:
- Sponsor name or logo linked to the sponsor's website from the event website
- Sponsor name/logo included in acknowledgement page in final program booklet
- Sponsor name/logo included on signage on display during workshop and table space for literature
- Sponsor name/logo included in thank you slide displayed in session hall during all breaks
What you may sponsor:
- Tea Break Sponsor: US$4,000 per day
- Provides coffee, tea, snacks for morning and afternoon breaks
- Lunch Sponsor: US$6,000 per day
- Provides plated or buffet lunch for all GTW delegates x 2 days
- Icebreaker Reception Sponsor: US$6,000
- Provides light snacks, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks for one, 2-hour reception
- Group Dinner: US$9,000
- Provides buffet or plated dinner for all delegates one evening
- Academic Sponsorship: US$8,000
- Allows the AAPG to waive the registration fee for as many as 5 presenters who are professors (covers registration only – does not include travel, meal or lodging expenses)
- Student Attendee Sponsorship: US$8,000
- Allows the AAPG to waive the registration fee for as many as 5 student members of AAPG to attend
- Student Travel Sponsorship: US$8,000
- Allows the AAPG to assist with travel costs for as many as 5 student attendees
- General Sponsorship: you choose the amount!
- No amount too great or too small! Provides general underwriting of workshop logistical expenses
Pre- and Post- GTW Short Courses (if available)
- Tea Break Sponsor: US$3,000/day
- Provides coffee, tea, snacks for morning and afternoon breaks
- Lunch Sponsor: US$4,000/day
