How to submit your comments: Sample Document

There are two online comment submission options and one by post. We have also developed some sample language for you to use or modify as you wish. You can also cut and paste this sample language into the online comment boxes.

On Line

• At the MMS web site: - go to Projects Open For Comment https://ocsconnect.mms.gov/pcs-public/do/ProjectsOpenForCommentand select either
  • the Proposed Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Programf or 2007-2012 link or
  • the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the 5-year program for 2007-2012 link.
• At the Consumer Energy Alliance web site at: http://www.consumerenergyalliance.org/ and click Call To Action in the top right hand corner.

Conventional Mail Sample Document

• Comments on the Five Year Plan may be submitted in writing to:
