Online Registration Available For Third London APPEX

Those looking to become players in the international arena can find a lot of "new" possibilities at the third annual APPEX London, to be held March 2-4 at the Paragon Hotel in West Brompton, London.

"APPEX London" is the international version of AAPG's Prospect and Property Expo, a three-day event that brings together people who are looking to sell or buy oil and gas deals.

New offerings slated for this year's meeting include:

• An all new three-day "Upstream Business Forum," organized by Peter Stark of IHS, and featuring experts from around the world who will discuss activities and "perspectives" from such regions as: Northwest Europe (an entire day), Latin America, The Far East, and Saharan and Sub-Saharan Africa.

• "Global Perspective" sessions that focus on global oil issues and the globalization of natural gas.

• The Prospect and Property exhibit will emphasize new prospects around the world.

• A one-day short course (March 4) will be held on "Effectively Developing and Implementing International Energy Projects in Today's Environment," led by international petroleum management adviser Thomas E. O'Connor.
