The survey grade GPS provides quick, precise
locations for samples and attitude stations. The
white round ball on a stick in the bed of the field truck
is a rover GPS unit. It can be carried via the dirtbikes
allowing quick access to remote, roadless areas
with minimal effect on the environement ... not to
mention some fun, as well.
