Licensing Deadline

June 30 is the deadline for geologists working in Washington state to apply for a license without taking the national Association of State Boards of Geology exam or the state-specific engineering geology and hydrogeologist exams.

Minimum requirements for licensure are at least five years experience, a degree in geology or related sciences or 30 semsters hours in geological sciences.
