Occured on 31 May - 3 June 2015
  |
Denver, Colorado, United States

The American Association of Petroleum Geologists with SEPM (Society for Sedimentary Geology) invite you to join us for the AAPG Annual Convention and Exhibition 31 May – 03 June, 2015, in Denver, Colorado.

AAPG has chosen to return to the reemerging energy epicenter of Denver, Colorado, making it a can’t-miss event in 2015. Denver has consistently drawn some of the highest-recorded crowds for ACE, and preliminary signs indicate that the 2015 event won’t disappoint. ACE is a world-class event, regularly attracting an average of 6,900 global attendees - geologists, geophysicists and engineers all looking for products and services to maximize their companies’ reserves potential. The breadth and depth of the technical program is international in scope and appeals to multiple geosciences disciplines. ACE also boasts the International Pavilion, a place where exploration and investment professionals gather. It is the place to see, discuss and understand where our industry is headed.

It’s good to be reminded of this one simple industry fact: “As a rule, geologists love to get out in the field to see classic and interesting outcrops that provide a better understanding of depositional facies, hydrocarbon reservoir systems, and anything related to geology.” That’s AAPG member Mark Longman, this year’s field trip chair for the upcoming AAPG Annual Convention and Exhibition, set May 31-June 3 in Denver.
