Specify that your abstract is for the AAPG 2012 Nice Hedberg Research Conference. Include all co-authors' names (including contact information for the primary author). An abstract cover sheet is required for all submitted abstracts.
Abstract Format
Choose one of the following forms to submit, completed, with your abstract.
- PDF form to complete on your computer, print and mail
- PDF form to print and complete by hand then mail
- MS Word form to complete on your computer, save and email to Debbi Boonstra
Abstracts should be typed, and can be one to four pages in length, (one side only) with one or two key figures. Please put only one space after periods, and do not make any hand-written changes or editorial marks once it is complete. We must receive your camera-ready originals for printing in the conference booklet! Faxed copies will NOT be used.
Please use a 12-pt. Times Roman font, so all the papers will be uniform in style and should be sent in MS Word or WordPerfect format by e-mail to Debbi Boonstra.
The first page should be formatted as follows (including the heading):
AAPG HEDBERG RESEARCH CONFERENCE
