Education: B.S. Geology – Binghamton University in 1978. Work history includes Western Geophysical; Reservoirs, Inc. and small independents in the Rockies and the Illinois Basin. Over the past 20 years he has built his company through horizontal drilling, primarily in the Austin Chalk trend of East Texas. The company is now in the top 100 private producers in the US.

Mr. Telfer's interests include sedimentary geology, natural fracturing and low permeability reservoirs. He is interested in the business and finance of oil and gas development.
