Workforce Retention Survey
From late July through September 30, 2008 PROWESS conducted a work force retention survey. The results of that survey were compiled and presented at a luncheon during the 2009 annual meeting of AAPG in Denver.

Julie Kupecz from Shell Exploration & Production Company was the keynote speaker for the PROWESS luncheon in Denver at the 2009 annual meeting. The luncheon theme was “Women in the Energy Industry: Why Do They Go? Why Do They Stay? What Does This Mean for You?” Kupecz spoke after the survey results were presented and discussed.
