Marawan Nassar graduated from Alexandria University, Egypt, 2007 and has his master’s degree in gas geochemistry from Alexandria University, 2011. He is a petroleum system analyst with more than 6 years in oil industry (Joined Shell 2008). He has worked in different type of charge studies for conventional and unconventional plays and has experience in hydrocarbon habitat studies to help identify, calibrate & constrain petroleum system models. He manages geochemical/basin modelling projects and integrates with other geological and geophysical studies formulating the key charge risks and uncertainties.  Nassar also has experience in self-development for more than 10 years including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), practical philosophy, emotional intelligence...etc. This provided additional opportunities for teaching and sharing with students. Nassar speaks often at student chapters as well as with many NGOs on "Life with goals" concepts to motivate them in making their lives more successful and more purposeful.  He also founded the first "GOAL human development academy" in the Middle East that endeavors to help people set and achieve their personal goals.
