Mohamed Abdel Basset is a graduate of Cairo University, Geology. He is presently a Geologist in the Cairo, Egypt office of Apache Corporation. Mohamed is part of the Apache Egypt Exploration Department’s Prospect Team, working on comprehensive play and prospect evaluation in the Western Desert, where he also has extensive well site geology experience in several basins (Faghur, Matruh, Ghazalat). Previously, he was employed by GPC (General Petroleum Company). Mohamed has 10 years of industry experience.
