Oil and Gas Supervisor State of California California seeks highly qualified applicants for the position of chief regulator of the state’s vibrant oil and geothermal industries. The position is appointed by the Governor and heads the Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources within the California Department of Conservation. The Division has a staff of nearly 200.
The incumbent will work closely with the Governor’s office, Legislature, Regulators at all levels of government and representatives of the industry, the environmental community and other stock holders in a dynamic, evolving and challenging setting.
