Cape Town

South Africa has the perfect blend of ingredients to provide the ideal backdrop to any conference or industry event: adventure, luxury, wildlife, magnificent scenery, efficient infrastructure and rich cultural diversity. Few places in the world can match the fun, beauty, diversity and excitement that you’ll find in South Africa!

Cape Town is the ideal AAPG destination. It boasts 6 of the top 10 South African tourist attractions within an hour’s drive from the city centre, ensuring that delegates’ and their accompanying persons’ stay is unforgettable. These include the world famous Table Mountain, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Robben Island, the Cape Winelands, Cape Point or the Cape of Good Hope, Cape of Storms and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

In addition you may enjoy a wild life experience at one of the game reserves near Cape Town, a visit to the Gold of Africa Museum, contemplating your diamond or tanzanite purchase, learning about the different cultures in our country, interacting with local people and enjoying the Cape’s fantastic food and wine.
