The Mother City
Cape Town, “The Mother City”, is one of the most spectacular cities of the world. With Table Mountain, beautiful beaches, Cape Point and the V&A Waterfront, this city has much to offer visitors. A blend of architectural styles reflects the history of the city and more modern day requirements. Between the highrise blocks, Edwardian and Victorian buildings have been meticulously restored, and many fine examples of Cape Dutch architecture are found. The narrow cobblestone streets and the BoKaap enhance the cosmopolitan ambiance. Into Africa has been appointed by AAPG as the official ground handler for the conference. In operation in Southern Africa for over 16 years, specializing in conferences and event management, Into Africa will provide attendees and guests with valuable tourism assistance.
- Welcome to “The Mother City”
- Meet, Greet and Airport Transportation: When arriving at Cape Town International Airport, attendees will be met by an Into Africa representative and escorted to the luxury, airconditioned coaches standing by, ready to take you to your destination hotel. Please note that we will offer this transfer service to those attendees who have registered their flight details and purchased their transfer tickets. Dates of operation and transfer costs will follow in further publications. We will also offer return transfers to Cape Town International Airport. Prebooking by eligible attendees is essential.
