Member Perceptions

It is paramount to the success of any membership organization to fully understand how its members rate or rank the components of their membership in terms of the importance - or value - of each element.

This information can be used to not only judge the relative importance of specific services to members in terms of their costs and desirability, but to identify areas in which the members may require education to modify their perspective toward a specific service. However, prior to examining attitudes toward specific programs or services, it is important to determine an overall level of satisfaction among the members.
