Pioneer Award

Presented to long-standing members who have:

"contributed to the Association and who have made meaningful contributions to the science of geology." MORE DETAILS

Restrictions:

Must have been a Junior or Active Member of the Association for not less than 35 years and be a member at the time of selection. Must not have received an award or be a current candidate for an Association award prior to receiving the Pioneer Award. Must be living at the time of selection and willing to be present to receive the award, if possible. No more than two awards to be given in any year, but granting of any award is discretionary.
