    4. Article III.A.1. -incorporates Bylaws definition of a qualified delegate
    5. Article III.A.1.a. -expands Nomination & Election Committee’s report
    6. Article III.A.1.g. -deletes irrelevant language, corrects name of award, and adds the automatic “Certificate of Service”
    7. Article III.A.1.g.(2) -expands eligibility for awards

    (Note: An AAPG Bylaws amendment requires a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote of the Delegates present and voting.)
    Proposed amendments to the AAPG Bylaws:
    1. Article V, Section 7. -adding Regions to AC relationships
    2. Article VI, Section 1. -deleting language no longer relevant
    3. Article II, Section 14. -candidacy restriction
    4. Article XIII, Section 3. -provides for a graduated dues structure
