From the House of Delegates’ Rules and Procedures - III Committees and Their Duties:
The Minutes Approval Committee shall consist of the outgoing Secretary/Editor as Chair and the two candidates for Secretary/Editor. The Minutes Approval Committee will review and approve the minutes within 60 days following the annual meeting.
