Editor's Note:
Proposed changes to the HoD Rules and Procedures and to the AAPG Bylaws were published in the December issue of The Delegates' Voice. However, in early January, following consultation with AAPG Council Craig Blackstock, the Executive Committee of the House voted to make recommended changes to both proposals. Delegates have already received notice of the corrected proposals, but they are printed again here for review prior to the 2008 annual meeting of the House.
