Constitution and Bylaws

Valary Schulz, Chair, 2002-2003

The revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws were completed in apparent record time last Mother’s Day. An informed and well-prepared House of Delegates passed one amendment to the Constitution and four revisions to the Bylaws unanimously. Thanks are well due to a studied and thoughtful committee: Ed Heath - Rockies, Paul English - Canada, and Tom Ewing - Gulf Coast.
