First Delegates' Dialogue

At the HoD Meeting in Calgary on 21 June 1992, Chairman Will Green recognized Carol Lucas, Recording Secretary "for her efforts in launching and editing the first two issues of Delegates' Dialogue, our newsletter which facilitates communication between Delegates throughout the year."

Carol's efforts became the model several years later in establishing what is now The Delegates' Voice as a permanent part of the HoD. Thanks again, Carol!
