Visit the House Forum for Updates

The House officers and committee chairs will be posting on the House Forum more updates and additional information for the House meeting on June 3. Be sure to visit Delegate's Forum often, and discuss the issues with fellow delegates and AAPG members before the meeting.

It's hard to believe how fast time goes by these days. July 1st is rapidly approaching so I'll soon lose the "-Elect" monogram. By the time this is printed, all of the new HoD committee members should be in place. My personal thanks to all of the volunteers who give their time and service to the organization. At least next year, things won't be quite so rushed because of the expanded time between conventions.

Ed Dolly did an outstanding job as Chairman and especially at the Houston convention in keeping the agenda on schedule. Marty Hewitt has to be one of the most organized individuals I've seen when it comes to meeting The Delegates' Voice time deadlines for publications. Good work, guys; it was a pleasure being part of the team.

In this issue, my final article on services offered by AAPG will be on the AAPG Insurance Program. Hopefully, over the last year, I have helped in publicizing some of the benefits of being an AAPG member. I look forward to serving the Delegates as the Chairman for next year.
