Transition meeting of House officers, both incoming and outgoing, will be held in Houston following the Annual Meeting on March 11, 12 or 13. (Exact date, time and place to be determined.)

Last day to mail ballot to members re Constitution changes. (Any Bylaws changes approved at the House meeting in Houston will be effective immediately and do not require a vote of the membership.)
