Terms and conditions:
Sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All sponsorship values are based on exclusive sponsorship; co-sponsorships are available, beginning at 50%. Two companies may share an item for 50% each. If more than two companies wish to sponsor an item, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusive sponsorships will be given priority over co-sponsorships. If a company sponsors 50% (or less) of an item, that company will be recognized as a sponsor, but not an "exclusive" sponsor, even if that company is the only sponsor.
"In-kind" sponsorship, i.e., an item provided by a company at your expense, but without payment to the conference (such as notepads, pens, lanyards, etc.), will be considered.
