William Maloney


William Maloney works from Houston, heading up North American operations for Statoil and an EVP for Statoil ASA reporting to the CEO, with over 20 years of experience primarily in International upstream business. Started career as a geologist with Shell Oil Company in 1981. Moved to Texaco in 1997 and left the company shortly after the conclusion of the merger with Chevron as V.P. Exploration and New Ventures. Started with Statoil in my current position in February 2002. Currently serving on the Corporate Executive Committee.
