In line with the vision of AAPG international towards advancing the world of petroleum geoscience, we the AAPG Suez Student Chapter hosted a student meeting on 29th October 2016 with support from the Kuwait Energy Company.
In line with the vision of AAPG international towards advancing the world of petroleum geoscience, we the AAPG Suez Student Chapter hosted a student meeting on 29th October 2016 with support from the Kuwait Energy Company. The meeting aim was to enhance the technical knowledge of geoscience and petroleum engineering students, and decrease the gap between theoretical studies and field experience.
The meeting program had scheduled talks by representatives from Kuwait Energy & AAPG, and also featured an article contest.
All AAPG Egypt student chapters were invited to the meeting held in Cairo which had over 150 students and 15 professionals in attendance. The conference was an excellent networking platform for undergraduates and postgraduates, professionals, and lecturers from the academia.
