I’d like to welcome to the AAPG staff Bogdan Michka who is the Web Producer for AAPG.
Bogdan is a graphic designer with strong skills in video, graphics of all sorts and Web-based design.
You are already enjoying much of Bogdan’s work through the AAPG YouTube channel.
One of the first tasks set before Bogdan was pulling together all the video captured in Denver at the 2009 annual meeting. Mike Mlynek assigned some of our student attendees (particularly Lauren Michel) to take a camera around and interview AAPG members about their involvement with AAPG, career as a geoscientist and much more.
Soon you will see added to the YouTube channel various members sharing why they started in their petroleum geology career, how they landed their first job and why they chose to join the Association.
