The Offshore Technology Conference’s (OTC) Arctic Technology Conference (ATC) returns to North America for its fifth event in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, 24–26 October 2016. Located along the “path to the arctic” — St. John’s is an ideal staging and proving ground for Arctic-related research and offers the global energy industry a strategic North Atlantic base of operations on international shipping lanes and sea routes.
