Singapore, 15-16 March 2012

Our third GTW in the Asia Pacific, this event saw two days of technical presentations and group discussions on Unconventional Hydrocarbon Plays in Asia. A Plenary session kicked off the proceedings, with Chris Schenk of USGS speaking on Geologic Characterization of Potential Unconventional Oil and Gas Reservoirs. Sessions included North American Dialogues, Australian Dialogues, Criteria for Unconventional Plays, China, Indonesia and Pakistan and one on Next Steps and Beyond. 18 speakers presented talks, that were followed by breakout sessions on Prospecting. Helmed by Convenor Dylan Mair of IHS Singapore, this event welcomed 90 participants.

Sessions included North American Dialogues, Australian Dialogues, Criteria for Unconventional Plays, China, Indonesia and Pakistan and one on Next Steps and Beyond.
