I am pleased to contribute to this first newsletter to AAPG Asia Pacific members. AAPG has been increasing its presence in the Asia Pacific region over recent years and the newsletter marks another step in that process.
Sincere thanks to our student volunteer, Ms Putu Ayu Saraswati, for her sterling efforts. Much appreciation also goes to M. Amin Ahlun Nazar – under guidance of Agus M. Ustad – for his great effort on our website. There are a few other fellow students who offer their personal time to help keep us updated, while a few more generously help with some administrative tasks, and for this the Council is grateful. Our thanks also go to the volunteers who have convened our events. We look forward to welcoming more experts to help as chairpersons and committee members. Read more…..
